Kyoyasai (Kyoto veggies) Experience

Kyoyasai, vegetables originating in Kyoto Prefecture, are known for containing more minerals, fibers and vitamins, as well as nutrients that repair DNA than other vegetables. We'd love to introduce you to seasonal Kyoyasai and instruct you how to cook them.

Event Details
Kyoto veggies look a little different with vivid colors, taste and intense flavor from the other, normal vegetables available anywhere in Japan. They are normally sold for higher prices in the stores and people love them for their unique features and the excellent nutrition they have.
We will be dealing with 2 to 3 kinds of vegetables (the kinds differ depending on the season) in this event, and it will take 1.5 to 2 hours to prepare the vegetables. Pickled ones won't be ready to eat until the next day.
Time: 1 to 2 hours from 7pm to 9pm
Price: 3,000 yen/person, 1,500 yen/kid under 8
Timing of payment: Payable at check-in.
