What a serene spot to visit...

There is a temple called Tokonage Mt. Senju Temple in Kameoka City.

It's almost like going on a hiking course to visit this temple since there is a long path through the forest before the stairs you can see on the pic.

However, you can go driving to the entrance, avoiding climbing up the path and stairs, if you want to. The solemnity of the temple itself and the wonderful view from the gate is worth struggling though.
